After picking my brain, I decided to just jump in. Joomla here we go... I by profession am an I.T. Director for a company named Cinemagnetics.com When i first got there i realized how bad the company needed a website. MY search started for an easy way to create and maintain a website with minimal knowledge of html. I admit i am ok... but who wants to type code every time you want to post something new.... So after a couple of different versions. I put up my site. And now after breaking and learning how joomla actually works I am ready to do more. Within the net couple of months. My company will have their first joomla site/Webforum up and running.. Along with a back portal, and some really cool web 2.0 stuff... and that being said... I really neeeded to update my own site... so here it goes... I will up date this thing as more stuff comes to me.
